A brand-new EV plant needed its perimeter secured at production scale, on Walbridge's schedule, in the Arizona desert.
Project Tiger was Lucid Motors' flagship manufacturing site in Casa Grande. The scope demanded more than eight thousand feet of secured perimeter, workforce entry that could move shifts, and vehicle access built for logistics, all delivered by a subcontractor a national GC could trust two thousand miles from our shop.
We self-performed all of it.
8,037 ft of 8 ft galvanized chain link with top and bottom rail, brace-truss construction, and three-strand barbed wire. 1,650 ft with barbed wire and privacy slats. 1,249 ft of 8 ft Montage Plus commercial steel picket.
Chain link and steel picket swing, sliding-cantilever, and double gates to 24 ft, sized for plant logistics and emergency access.
Four turnstile banks for workforce entry, two-way card reader, ADA gate, radio transmitters, and a HySecurity SlideDriver operator on the main vehicle gate.
Self-performed by our crews, out of state, coordinated with Walbridge and the plant's construction schedule.
Crews, equipment, and material staged and managed 2,000 miles from the Warren shop, for months, without missing dates.
Arizona heat, dust, and soil conditions a Michigan contractor plans for on paper and then proves in the field.
Walbridge’s submittal, safety, and schedule discipline, met by a subcontractor they could stop watching.
Secured manufacturing perimeter at scale, integrated access control, national GC coordination, and crews that travel. If your site needs the same, the team that built this one is the team that answers the bid.
Tell us the site and the schedule. We’ve done this before, at scale, far from home.
