Demolition and removal of the existing fence; new 8 ft decorative high-security perimeter fencing with 8 ft black vinyl-coated chain link where specified.

Decorative high-security double- and single-swing gates and heavy-duty steel barrier gates for vehicle control.

Decorative bollards and chains protecting approaches without hardening the campus feel.

The conditions

Clearing, grubbing, and phased installation around a functioning federal medical campus.
